Yes, there is some demand for people skilled in natural therapies. Actually, it is one of the fastest growing fields of business as people seek other alternatives to "Traditional" medicine

1 – Massage and Bodywork – Including Aromatherapy, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Rolfing, Polarity Therapy, Massage
2 – Osteopathic Medicine
3 – Chiropractic Medicine
4 – Naturopathic Medicine
5 – Ayurvedic Medicine
6 – Allopathic (Western/Traditional) Medicine with a focus and intent on encouraging a change towards natural alternatives – If you can’t beat em’, Join em’. Then BEAT THEM!
7 – Nutritionist
8 – Psychotherapy
9 – Therapeutic Hypnotist
10 – Nursing (again with the focus and intent on natural medicine)

Again, all of these ideas seem to be on the upswing. People are looking for other approaches.

Of course, there is also nothing wrong with being in business and supporting these people, or being a business consultant to people trying to run natural businesses.

Talk to people in the field. I love talking with like-minded and interested people about what I do and helping them find their path.

What are the best alternative online marketplaces to ebay?

Or do they effectively have a monopoly?

I now find that ebay’s seller fees cut too far into my margins on low value items. To rub salt in my wounds, they charge again for accepting payment by Paypal (part of the same company).

The final straw has come from them imposing tight limits on the number of responses a seller can make to enquiries after a listing expires or sells out. Ebay say this is to protect members from being spammed – Any fool can see it is really about protecting themselves from sales off ebay – leaving sellers with no means of contacting their potential customer.

Recent fee increases have been ludicrously high, and I only hope that it backfires on them, with sellers doing as I am doing and seeking out an alternative.

I don’t know their current profits, but in the 3rd quarter of 2004, they averaged $2million A DAY! Seems that isn’t enough for the greedy bastards!

Couple of ideas:

1) Try amazon.com – works similar to eBay’s ‘buy it now’ concept. However they too charge fees that some may find exorbitant.

2) Open your OWN web store. Not as complicated as it sounds; you’ll need a hosting company that provides free shopping cart / catalogue software. You could choose to get set up with a merchant account for credit cards, or just take payment by money order. That way, you’re in control! Check out vervehosting.com and colinstone.com for some ideas.

What are the alternative ways to get rid of a migraine headache ?

I want to know if there’s an alternative way or herbs i could use to get rid of a painful migraine headache ? I have an history of migraines in the past 2 years and it has gotten worse since february 2009. Is there any alternative way i could try ?

Nyquil works for me.. It puts me to sleep. As soon as I fall asleep for about 15 mintues.. it resets and my migraine goes away.

Now that is just me..

My husband has one for the last six months without relief and is seeking medical help.

It just depends on who you are and what works for you.
